WorkMatch ("Us", "We", "Our", the "Company") operates a platform that allows Service Providers to publish listings for services of any kind, across any industry, and allows Clients to discover them. The Company does not itself provide, perform, supervise, or endorse any service listed on the platform, regardless of the category or industry it belongs to.
Any reliance You place on a Service Listing, or on any service ultimately performed by a Service Provider, is strictly at Your own risk. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or suitability of any service offered through the platform.
The Service may include listings from Service Providers offering services in regulated or specialized fields (including, without limitation, health, legal, or financial services). Nothing published on the Service, and nothing provided by the Company, constitutes professional advice of any kind.
The Company is not a licensed provider of any such regulated service, and using the Service to find or contact a Service Provider does not create any advisory, professional, or fiduciary relationship between You and the Company. You should independently verify the qualifications, licensing, and suitability of any Service Provider before engaging their services, particularly in regulated fields.
The Service allows Service Providers to optionally upload certificates or credentials to their profile in order to add credibility to their listing. The Company does not verify, authenticate, or endorse the validity of any certificate, license, credential, or qualification uploaded by a Service Provider.
The display of a certificate or credential on a profile is not a representation by the Company that such document is genuine, current, or that the Service Provider is duly licensed or qualified to perform the corresponding service. Clients are solely responsible for independently verifying any credentials they consider material before contracting a Service Provider, especially in regulated fields.
While We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Service accurate and up to date, the Company does not warrant that Service Listings, descriptions, categories, images, or any other Content published by Users is complete, current, or free of errors. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in that Content, or for any losses or damages arising from its use.
The Service Listings, descriptions, images, and offers displayed on the Service are created and published by Service Providers, not by the Company. Any views, claims, or representations contained in that Content are those of the Service Provider who published it and do not necessarily reflect the position of the Company.
The Company is not responsible for User-generated Content and reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove or modify such Content for any reason, at its sole discretion.
All information available through the Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Any decision You make or action You take based on information found through the Service, including the decision to contact or engage a Service Provider, is taken at Your own risk.
The Company will not be liable to You or to any third party for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information provided through the Service.
